Hubert Gottwald becomes second managing director
One year later, he becomes the second managing director alongside Wiebke Jacobi.

Hubert Gottwald becomes authorized signatory
Procuration is granted for Hubert Gottwald this year.
2008
Move to Süderstraße
Jacobi Immobilien moves into a new office in the “BüroCenterCitySüd” in Süderstraße. In addition to the larger premises, the GFP administration will also become a direct office partner here.
2007
Hubert Gottwald gets on board
Mr. Hubert Gottwald joins the traditional company Jacobi Immobilien and is now known to many clients as the second managing director.
1993
Wiebke Jacobi gets on board
The daughter of the company founder joins the team. From 1994, Wiebke Jacobi is Managing Director and manages the fortunes of the company – now as part of a group
1988
First move
After 3 years, Jacobi Immobilien needs more space. The new office in Lippeltstraße is located on the 15th floor of the “Kontorhaus am Großmarkt” and offers a magnificent view over Hamburg.
1985
Foundation
Werner Jacobi founds and manages Jacobi Immobilien. The founder and an assistant move into their first office in Amsinckstraße.
