Milestones of our history

1985

Founding
Werner Jacobi founds and leads Jacobi Immobilien. The founder and his assistant occupy the company’s first office at Amsinckstraße.
1988
First move
After 3 years, Jacobi Immobilien needs more space. The new office is in Lippeltstraße on the 15th floor of the »Kontorhaus am Großmarkt« with a magnificent view over Hamburg.
1993

Wiebke Jacobi comes on board
The daughter of the company’s founder strengthens the team. As of 1994 Wiebke Jacobi takes on the position of Managing Director and leads the company, now in association.
2007
New employees
Hubert Gottwald and Katrin Mann, two additional employees bring their skills to Jacobi Immobilien. Today, Hubert Gottwald is well known to many customers as second Managing Director.
2008
Move to Süderstraße
Jacobi Immobilien moves into new offices in the »BüroCenterCitySüd« in Süderstraße. In addition to the larger premises, GFP administration also becomes a direct office partner.
2012

Hubert Gottwald
Hubert Gottwald is granted power of attorney this year. One year later he becomes second Managing Director alongside Wiebke Jacobi.
2018

New (old) view
With the recent change of offices to Hammer Deich 70, Jacobi Immobilien’s magnificent view over the roofs of Hamburg has returned.
